- Ask for the contractor's certificate of currency for public liability insurance.

The live site describes a family-owned operation focused on safety, using maintained rigging and machinery, with 24/7 emergency storm response and a community tree-planting programme that has adopted more than 2,000 trees.
What you will not find on this site is a review score, a star rating, testimonials, a licence number or a years-in-business claim. None of that was verifiable from the material we had, and publishing an unverifiable rating is both an SEO liability and a problem under Australian consumer law. What should I ask a contractor before they start?
Ask for a certificate of currency for public liability insurance, the qualifications of whoever is assessing the tree, whether council consent has been obtained or is your responsibility, and a written scope covering debris removal and stump work. Any contractor who is reluctant to provide those is telling you something useful.
What is the tree adoption thing?
The business runs a community planting initiative and adopts a tree on your behalf when a job is finished — the site's own counter puts the running total at over 2,000 trees.
